Terms of use

These terms apply to howsherises.org and to How She Rises memberships, events, and content offered by Virtual Partner, LLC (“How She Rises,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or joining, you agree to them.

Membership

How She Rises Community is free and includes the online community, email updates, public stories, research invitations, and event announcements.
How She Rises Insider is $49 per month, billed automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your member account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a payment fails, we’ll let you know and give you a chance to update your payment method before access is paused.
Membership benefits may change as the community grows. We’ll tell members about material changes in advance.

Events and the Global Summit

Event tickets, including the Global Summit, are purchased separately from membership. Member discounts apply where stated. Event details, dates, and venues may change.

Photography, video & recordings at events

By attending a How She Rises event, in person or online, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant How She Rises and Virtual Partner, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that media—including your image, likeness, voice, and comments—on our website, social channels, emails, reports, and promotional materials, without payment or further approval. If you don’t want to be featured, tell a team member at the event or email us before the event; we’ll make reasonable efforts to honor your request. Please don’t record sessions marked as private or member-only.

Event attendance & liability

You attend events voluntarily and are responsible for your own conduct, belongings, and safety. To the extent permitted by law, How She Rises, Virtual Partner, LLC, and our partners and venues are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We may refuse entry to or remove anyone whose conduct puts others at risk.

Founders Circle and coaching

Founders Circle and other programs include group coaching, office hours, and introductions as described at enrollment. They do not include unlimited one-to-one coaching, and we do not guarantee business results, contracts, capital, or placement at any event.

Community conduct

How She Rises is built on Rise and Reach Back. Treat other members with respect, keep what’s shared in member spaces confidential, and don’t use the community to spam or solicit. We may remove anyone whose conduct harms the community.

Content

Site content, research, reports, Radius Impact, podcast episodes, toolkits, and member resources belong to How She Rises or its contributors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution; please don’t republish or resell our materials without permission.

Research participation

Participating in a How She Rises survey is voluntary. How we handle research responses is described in our privacy policy.

Emails and text messages

When you submit a form and tick the consent box, you agree to receive emails and text messages from How She Rises (Virtual Partner, LLC) about your request, membership, events, and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. Your information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
