How it works

Coaching is the scaffolding. Founder Fridays are the activation.

A monthly rhythm of group coaching and peer problem-solving, with a signature in-person experience that brings founders, partners, and opportunities into the same room.

The pilot includes group coaching, rotating office hours, curated relationships, and Founder Friday—not unlimited one-to-one coaching or guaranteed contracts. Sustained one-to-one coaching is available separately through the HSR coach network.
